Tulsa police arrest ‘Most Wanted’ fugitive on child abuse, assault, sexual-battery charges

A Broken Arrow man who was named the Tulsa Police Department’s Most Wanted fugitive in November was arrested Tuesday in Tulsa.

Nathan Remigio, 33, was booked into Tulsa Jail about 5:50 p.m. on a felony charge of child abuse by injury and a misdemeanor charge of domestic assault and battery out of Tulsa County.

Remigio also is being held on Rogers County charges of sexual battery and selling/furnishing alcohol to a minor.

The child abuse charge stems from a July 28 incident, according to court records.

Remigio is being held without bond, according to jail records.
