Windows Phone is now more popular than Apple’s iOS in Brazil, Android still dominates

According to a recent report from market research firm Kantar Worldpanel, Windows Phone is now more popular than Apple’s iOS in Brazil.

In the month of July 2015, Kantar believes that Windows Phone had jumped to a market share of 5.9% in the country, up from 3.6% in September 2014. iOS, on the other hand, had the reverse trajectory, sinking to 3.5% of Brazil’s smartphone market from 6.1% in September 2014.
