This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the premier organizations, Ovation Wireless Management, Inc., in the rapidly expanding corporate wireless expense management industry.  Ovation specializes in wireless expense management and utilizes its proprietary software platform Magellan to find and execute meaningful savings for clients. Ovation also provides outsourced equipment and service procurement support, provisioning, asset management, help desk services, VIP care, and wireless contract compliance. Ovation manages wireless services end-to-end for its clients, providing a significant value in wireless savings.

MAIN PURPOSE:                       

The Wireless Marketing Specialist will be responsible for interfacing with Ovation’s monthly managed customers and prospects to communicate new programs, build enhanced rapport, communicate new trends in wireless management, develop project planning needs for mobile management expansion, review and recommend press release topics for publication, and develop a plan for on-going marketing of wireless management projects with associated tasks.

This position will work in concert with the Executive Team to improve overall customer program awareness, satisfaction, and retention.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

Support the long term goals of Ovation’s client growth through wireless management value programming. Contact retained customers on a regular basis to determine incremental ways Ovation can add value to its services, relay pertinent support information, develop, coordinate, and streamline new customer programs to extend the tenure of all Retained accounts.  Develop and execute an account follow up strategy, and support execution of the plan at multiple levels. Stay current and maintain a broad knowledge of wireless service offerings, data solutions, rate plans, complex wireless products and services, and project management skills. Maintain and present a professional image and work environment. Ensure positive interaction and professionalism with internal and external customers on issues. Handle escalated customer issues in the absence of the account executive or other management staff.

    Primary Duties:  

·         To actively participate in the customer relationship management of Retained customers.

·         To review and research evolving trends in the Mobile Lifecycle Management (MLM) industry. 

·         Develop client profiles with project tracking on status of MLM/ MDM and opportunities. 

·         To work with the management team to ensure that the organization’s goals are met.

·         To develop and maintain quality standards as advised.

·         Work with officer group on MDM communication programs.

·         To provide marketing reports and project status to the management team as required.

·         To identify, plan, coordinate and assist in the development of new client offerings including the Recycle program.

·         Facilitate a communication strategy for Ovation customers and prospects with direction from the Executive team. 

·         To monitor the Retained Services performance and identify areas of opportunity based on client sophistication.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED: College Degree (Business related major preferred) or equivalent. 3 plus years of successful client support, coordination, marketing, or equivalent business experience, with a proven record of accomplishment in meeting deadlines. Strong wireless carrier and product technical knowledge (voice and data) is a plus. Must be proficient and accomplished in Microsoft Excel. Must present a professional appearance and image. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills required.  Must be a flexible team-oriented individual. Decision making and problem solving capabilities required. Ability to present professional image of self and company. Possess experience in handling customer inquiries. Ability to handle difficult customers professionally. Ability to use Microsoft Office suite as well as other computer software packages as required.

The ideal candidate will have some level of wireless industry experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount frequently to move objects.

SECURITY SENSITIVE: 

This job interfaces with client data and Ovation Intellectual Property that is security sensitive and thereby subject to the provisions of the employment agreement. Included in the documents are confidentiality statements, non-disclosures, IP ownership rights, and a background check.

TRAVEL:
